French modernist desk lamp created c. 1945 by Jumo Brevete. Founded by Yves Jujeau and Pierre and André Mounique, the JUMO company was renowned for its innovative designs and high-quality craftsmanship. The "Bolide" Lamp features an adjustable copper and chrome-plated arm and bayonet lamp socket. The switch activates automatically when the lamp is opened or closed.
